Faulty or broken goods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery/collection.
Unwanted goods may only be returned if in perfect condition, in their original, unbroken packaging and within 7 days from delivery/collection.
Non Business Account Holders must return goods to Officepoint (Guernsey) Limited in Barras Lane, Vale, Guernsey.
Items bought in store cannot be returned without a receipt of purchase.
Furniture, Special order or bespoke items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
